All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed.

5.1 Return Policy

We stand behind our gear like we stand behind our belay partners:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging
• Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)
• Free shipping orders: $12.95 deducted from refund

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Climbing Harnesses (once removed from packaging)
• Climbing Helmets
• Belay & Rappel Devices
• Base Layer Bottoms & Tops
• Biwak Sacks

5.3 Return Process

Follow these steps like a well-marked trail:

2. Wait for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions
3. Pack securely with all original materials
